12 characters or more. Changing your password signs out your other sessions.
Data & privacy
Your documents stay yours. Agreements and everything extracted from them are stored in your company's own partition and are never shared, pooled, or used to serve anyone else. The intelligence passes run on Anthropic's API under Tenet's enterprise terms; no analytics or third-party services see your contract data. Every action in this workspace is recorded in an audit log.
Microsoft 365 · SharePoint
Connect the SharePoint library where your contracts live and OPERA ingests them from the source, no manual uploads. Uses a read-only Microsoft Graph app registration (Sites.Read.All).
Company email
Point OPERA at the company mailbox where agreements arrive (a shared inbox works best). It rides the same Microsoft 365 app as SharePoint; the app also needs Mail.Read. "Check mailbox now" ingests contract attachments from recent mail.
